Today video is Detox Diet Plan for Weight Loss | How to Quick Weight Loss with Detox Diet Recipes.
I use to follow this diet one time in every 15 days. This diet clean your body, remove toxins and gives you pure, healthy skin with extreme weight loss.
In this diet I am not using any salt, carbs.
Early morning drink:- Ginger, Lemon drink around 6:15AM along with spoon of organic honey.
Breakfast:- Vegetable and fruits salad along with honey and apple cider vinegar on the top some pumpkin and flex seeds.
After two hours of Breakfast:- Detox water, in which I add Slice of orange, mint leaves and slice of ginger.
and Pomegranate seeds.
Lunch:- Cold Coffee along with chia seeds.
Evening Tea:- cup of green tea with some almonds.
Dinner:- Pineapple and orange
before going to bread:- Green Coffee.
Chia Seeds Pudding:-
