Round 1:
10 sec – regular bounce
20 sec – rest
10 sec – jumping jacks
20 sec – rest
10 sec – regular bounce
20 sec rest
10 knee pushups
Round 2:
15 sec – regular bounce
20 sec – rest
15 sec – jumping jacks
20 sec – rest
15 sec – regular bounce
20 sec – rest
15 knee pushups
**if the first circuit was too easy treat it as a warm up and complete the second circuit 3x total
