This quick lower body workout is the perfect leg and butt sculptor. This is a womens lower body workout that can be done at home or at the gym. For this womens legs workout the only piece of equipment you need is a sandbag, a dumbbell or a kettlebell. Give this intense leg workout a try to shape and sculpt your lower body.

There are 4 exercises in this HIIT workout for legs. For each of the exercises in this lower body workout for women, do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this intense leg workout.
