Not Your Mother’s Workout: Shoulder Workout
Every mother needs a strong pair of shoulders and they don’t just appear overnight. In this video, Darielle Singerman and her trainer, Neil Hill, go through a complete shoulder workout hitting all three heads of the deltoid. First up are dumbbell lateral raises, followed by barbell clean and press, then DB front raises, and finally cable rear flies.
