Part 1: HIIT Pyramid (starting at 10 rep, progressing to 1 reps)
1) Single arm 1/2 starburst Burpee
2) Curtsey lunge w/ kick, squat, curtsey lunge
3) Goblet get-ups (switch leads)
4) Weighted squat jump w/ pendulum side kick
5) Power side-lunge plyo lateral jump (L&R)
6) 2 tuck jumps, sumo squat
7) Basketball jump (L&R)
8) Plank thruster, plyo switch lunge,

Part 2: Tabata & Strength (4 mins)

TABATA 1)
Stand up sit up Burpee (4 sets)
Reverse lunge front jump kick (R) (1 set)
Reverse lunge front jump kick (L) (1 set)
Side kick (R) (1 set)
Side Kick (L) (1 set)

STRENGTH 1) (1 min each)
Weighted single leg squat (L)
Weighted single leg squat (R)
Weighted glute bridge off bench/couch (feet up)
