30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place
30 seconds – jump rope – boxer skip
30 seconds – jump rope – criss cross
30 seconds – jump rope – mummy kicks
30 seconds – jump rope – front to back
30 seconds – jump rope – fast skip
30 seconds – jump rope – mike tyson squat jump side swipe

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**rest 1 minute between exercise sets
**repeat circuit 4x total
