Leggings –

Warm Up:
2 minute runs
1 min & 30 secs of side shuffles
1 min & 30 secs of butt kicks

REPEAT THESE ALL 3 TIMES!

Abs:
1 minute of alternating arm plants
1 minute of bicycle crunches

Glutes:
1 minute of donkey kicks
1 minute of fire hydrants

Cardio:
30 seconds of mountain climbers
30 seconds of burpies

Arms:
1 minute of arm dips
30 seconds of push ups

Legs:
1 minute of squats
30 seconds of step back lunges on each leg
