THE WORKOUT (11.40)
Barbell Squats – 10 reps
Superset with Jump Squats – 10 reps
Barbell Lunges – 8 reps per leg
Superset with Jumping Lunges – 12 reps
Hip Thrusts – 10 reps
Superset with Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridges 8 reps per leg
Leg Press – 10-12 reps
Superset with Kneel into Squats – 12 reps
Split Squat Jumps/Box Jumps/Curtsey Squats – 12 reps per exercise/3-4 X
BACON PASTA RECIPE (serves 2)
Fry, half an onion/1 red sweet pepper/bunch of tender stem broccoli/bacon rashers.
Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, herbs of choice, salt and pepper and handful of spinach.
Top with Parmesan Cheese.
