INGREDIENTS:
NO OIL SWEET POTATO SOUP RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS:
THIS MEASURE GIVES 3 SERVINGS and each serving is roughly around 50-60 calories.
1 medium sweet potato
2 medium carrots
1 onion
garlic: 3 cloves
ginger: 1/4 inch
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 ts[
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)
1 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt or as needed
water: 2 cups plus another 1 – 1/2 cups or as needed to make a soup consistency
coriander stalks: 3-5
coriander leaves: 3 sprigs, chopped
spring onion: 1-2 bulbs, chopped
celery stick: 1 stalk
Green chillies: 1, chopped (optional)
Vinegar: 2 tbsp (I used apple cider vinegar, you can use lemon juice, coconut vinegar or synthetic vinegar).
