Leg Workout:
– Warm up: banded side walks (3 x 10 each way) with banded kickbacks (3 x 12 each leg)
– Sumo deadlifts: 3 warm up sets, 3 working sets
– Squat to courtsey lunge complex: 3 x 30 (10 left, 10 squat, 10 right)
– Still leg deadlifts with barbell: 3 x 12
– Hip thrusts: 4 x 10 (with pause at the top)
– Banded light weight hip thrusts: 3 x 15
– Banded RDL variation: 3 x 12
– Single leg RDL variation (one leg infront of the other): 3 x 10 each leg
– Kickbacks on a machine: 3 x 12 each leg
– Leg curls (hamstring curls): 3 x 12
