This is an edited extract from our annual “Long Lunch” ride along the Nepean Highway (near Melbourne) to Portsea. Slightly different scenery to our regular rides. With a small group in the roll, the workout has twenty-two short efforts, with shorter recoveries. At only 25 minutes though, it’ll be over quickly.
