Meal Idea #1:
English Muffin Pizza: spread english muffin with marinara sauce and top with veggies of choice, cheese and Italian seasoning. Broil for 3-5 minutes.
Side: Salad with dressing and Olives

Meal Idea #2:
Refired beans, tortilla chips, chicken and cheese
Side: avocado, tomatoes and salsa

Meal Idea #3:
PB&J+B: Toast two pieces of whole grain bread and spread with almond butter and strawberry jam. Slice ½ of a banana and place on one side of the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Side 1: Empty a vanilla greek yogurt into a container. Slice the other half of the banana not used in the sandwich and place it on top of the yogurt. Lastly, sprinkle with chia seeds and flax.
Side 2: Apple
Side 3: Chocolate covered raspberries

Meal Idea #4:
The A.B.S. Salad (Hehe get it- Anything But the kitchen Sink): Spring Mix Lettuce, chicken, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, apple, cheese (optional).
Side: Sesame crackers, dip of your choice, veggies (I had cucumbers and carrots)
