Today’s workout:
Round 1:
2 minutes – jump rope freestyle 1/4 lb rope
Round 2:
10 sets – 10 push-ups
Round 3:
5 sets – 5 pullups
**Rest 30 seconds between pushup sets
**Rest 1 minute between pull-up sets
**Repeat circuit 2x total
