Description

Get running strong with this workout! This is a running specific conditioning session. Enjoy!

Workout sets:
1. Step up and knee drive – 3 x 10 reps each leg
2. Resist band step backs – 3 x 20 each leg
3. Single leg deadlift 3 x 10 each leg
4. Core/plate extensions – 3 x 30
5. Kettlebell hanging and sumo – 2 sets of 30 x hang/20 x sumo @16kg
6. Skipping 3 x 60secs
7. 3x set of 15 deadlift, 10 rows, 10 op (20kg barbell)
8. Walking lunges walk side to side of room, around 30 lunges @20kg barbell
9. Box jumps – 3 x10-15
10. Cool down jog – 20min @ 13km/hr (incline 1.5%)

Equipment:
Kettle bells – 2-3kg, 16kg.
Bar
Plates – 5kg and 2 x 10kg plates
Skip rope
Resistance band
Box
Raised bench
