We’ve selected some of the most effective exercises for training your chest muscles without using machines or weights, but simply using your own body weight as a natural load. The workout structure begins with an initial phase, which can be defined as a “warmup”, during which you’ll prepare your muscles for more advanced exercises. Obviously, we’ve got a new soundtrack that’s ideal for backing up this training workout, which is “demanding”, to say the least. WARNING: this workout is not suitable for beginners; we recommend you don’t skip the initial exercises, even though they are low intensity, because they’re designed to adequately prepare you for the more difficult workout phase.
