Leg extension glute hip thrusts 10 reps
superset w/ (drop the weight down)
single leg glute hip thrusts 10 reps ea leg
3 sets
Romanian Deadlifts against wall 15 reps
super set w/ (drop one dumbbell)
single leg Romanian deadlifts 10 ea leg
3 sets
Hip abductions 15 reps (heavy)
superset w/
standing resistance band hip abductions single leg 20 reps
3 sets
sumo deadlifts 10 reps (moderate weight)
super set w/
sumo squat pulses 10 reps (drop weight)
3 sets
elevated calf raises slow and pause 10 reps
superset w/
fast pulses 25 reps
2 sets (You can hold weight if you would like to pick up the intensity)
BURNOUT
as many reps as possible X2
Hip swings w/ resistance band
