A kettlebell is a great piece of kit that you’ll find in most gyms or you can buy a small set and keep them at home.

Find a weight that suits you and try this full body workout.

Start by doing each exercise 10 times and then work your way down to 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.
