At Home Leg Workout NO WEIGHTS – How To Workout Legs at Home

Description

Use this workout for a simple at-home alternative to exercising your legs. There is a 5 minute warmup and 5 minutes of 3 working sets targeting your legs. You can repeat the 5 sets as many times as you see fit. Always remember to have post workout nutrition planned ahead of time.

I will be covering all muscle groups. First starting with very simple workouts with no weights, then moving in to more advanced workouts including weights.

This is a great way to start getting in to better habits and exercising more frequently. Especially with winter coming, it can be very hard to get outdoors or make it out to the gym.
