Full workout:
1. Jump squat leg extensions – 4×8
2. Knee-banded wide stance glute bridge – 4×12
3. Squats – with a weight/band if you have one; – 5×12
4. Hip thrusts; with a weight/band if you have one – 3×20
5. Bulgarian split squat – 4×12 per leg
6. Side lunges; weighted if possible – 4×10 per leg
7. Frog pumps – 3×20+
8. Side lying hip raise – 2x as many as possible
