Description

This is an edited version of the return leg of our regular Sunday morning ride along Melbourne’s ‘famous’ Beach Road. WIth only a small group, the workout has thirty two efforts, with consistently short recoveries. No rest for the wicked! It’s got a generic soundtrack, so put your own music on if you don’t like it!
