3 min HIIT workout

30s each exercise x3/4 (or as many times as you like!) 1 minutes 30 seconds – 2 minutes rest between rounds

1. Mountain climbers
2. Jump squats
3. Half (press-up) burpees
4. Curtsy lunge to squat (30 s per side)
5. Press up step through
