I’ve had lots of requests for more lower impact workouts so here is new one for you to try. You can do this workout anywhere with a small space and it only takes 16 minutes.

NOTE: Apologies for the poor sound on this one. Had some problems with my mic. I’m going to improve the sound quality on my videos moving forward 🙂
