Description

Complete the warmup set 5 times through with a 15 second rest between each set. I used a “heavy” resistant band for all 5 sets. Once you’re done with the warm up, complete 3 sets of trap-bar deadlifts. Do 10 reps per set for a full booty burning workout. I lifted 95lbs for the deadlifts. I love using the trap bar versus traditional deadlifts to focus on my form!!
