But this follow along HIIT workout could be done anywhere you have access to a pair of dumbbells, so could be the gym too! There are 5 exercises in this 10 minute HIIT workout. For each of the moves in this real time HIIT workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You’ll do two total rounds of this HIIT cardio routine for a total of 10 minutes.
