Hello Everyone!
Today I’am sharing a Full day vegetarian indian meal plan especially for those looking to lose weight. This indian meal plan includes vegetarian winter friendly foods which are not only immunity boosters but also are nutritious and healthy.

For Reference:
Breakfast:
1 Cup Ginger Tea
150 ml Whole Milk
1 tsp Ginger Powder (soot)
1/2 tsp Jaggery (gud)
With 1 Bowl of Papaya

Lunch:
2 Savory Oats Pancake+Carrot Spicy Yogurt(Raita)
Savory Oats Pancake:
2 Tbsp Garbanzo bean flour (Besan)
1/4 cup Rolled Oats Powder
1/2 cup Buttermilk (Chaas)
Spices and Sea Salt to taste ( Turmeric/Paprika/Cumin Powder)

Carrot Spicy Yogurt:
1/4 cup Whole Milk Yogurt
2 tbsp Grated Carrots
Spices and Sea salt to taste (Cumin Powder/Paprika)

Dinner:
1 Pearl Millet Bread(Bajra Roti) +1 bowl Lentil Soup(Dal) + 1 cup Thin Buttermilk(Chaas)

Pearl Millet Bread (Bajra Roti)
1/4 cup Pearl Millet (Bajra aata) Flour
Warm Water

Lentil Soup(Dal):
1 tbsp Split Chickpea (Chana Dal)
1 tbsp Split Pigeon Peas (Toor Dal)
1 tbsp Yellow Lentils(Moong Dal)
1 tbsp Split Black Gram (Urad Dal)
1 tbsp Red Lentils(Masoor Dal)
1 tsp Clarified Butter(Ghee)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic (Grated)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
1 Dried Red Chilly
1 inch cinnamon stick 2-3 cloves (Dalchini|Laung)
Spices and Sea Salt (Turmeric/Paprika/Coriander-cumin Powder)
Cilantro for garnish
with Thin Buttermilk (3:1 Water:Yogurt)

Snacks:
1 Bowl Fresh Carrot/Beetroot
