In episode 2 of Summer Shredding, I take you through my diet to get shredded! I cannot express enough just how important dieting is when it comes to fat/weight loss, and I wanted to get a short clip out regarding what my current diet looks like and why I am eating those specific foods!
As mentioned above, I break down all my sources of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats, and briefly explain why I am eating those foods at the moment! If you guys are interested in seeing my current diet, I will post it below, but please understand that this diet is CUSTOM to me, thus it will not work for you. If you would like help with formulating a diet plan for yourself, please leave a comment below, and I would be happy to help you out!
My Current Diet:
Meal 1: 14 egg whites 1 cup of oat meal or cream of wheat
Meal 2: 2 cans of white tuna & 8oz sweet potato
Meal 3: 10 oz of chicken & 10 Asparagus spears or a salad
Meal 4: 10 oz of Tilapia & 1 cup of Broccoli
Meal 5: 10oz Tilapia & 1 cup of Broccolli or a salad
Meal 6: 10 oz of Tilapia & 10 asparagus spears/big salad/ 1 cup of green beans/ 1 cup of broccoli
I will have a full day of eating video out shortly as well, which I will be taking you through each meal on my diet plan, so stay tuned for that!
Following the diet talk, I head to the gym for a super high volume chest workout, and of course bring you along with a full chest workout commentary! I figured these workout commentaries would be very beneficial during my Summer Shredding series, so let me know if you would like to see more of these!
