Diet plays a HUGE role in building a fit and healthy body. You need to feed your body the right nutrients and macros if you wish to see results. this meal plan can be adapted to what ever goals you are wanting to achieve weather it be loose weight or gain muscle, etc. This meal plan is super simple easy and affordable for any students or busy people. Over the years I’ve struggled with binge eating and restricting calories and a general bad relationship with food, kind of like a love hate relationship lol. Keeping it simple and preparing my food ahead of time has allowed me to not let food rule my life as well as staying on track and build muscle at the same time as shredding fat xx
I have no problem with eating the same thing every day as long as weekends i get to be slightly more free. By the time each meal comes I find myself craving that exact meal as it is just part of my routine now. I love food and I love this plan.
