HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT 90-57KGs_ PCOD_EPISODE 01 (1st WEEK)
This is the first video in which we will introduce you to the basics from where I started my journey. Slowly and steadily we will progress towards more extensive workouts/yoga sessions and diet plans.
Weight loss – it’s something we all wish for, but very few of us achieve it, not because we don’t do anything for that but it’s the consistency which matters. You need to strictly follow some thumb rules during this journey.
A. Start with reducing your sugar intake to maximum possible
B. Aerated drinks must not be consumed in anyway.
C. Junk/Fast food to be stopped.
D. Replace diet with water. Consume as much water as
possible. (4-5 Litres daily).
E. Salads/Green veggies intake to be increased.
