Perform each exercise for 30 reps one after the other as fast as you can with little to no rest on between. Track your time

Kettlebell/DB Snatches – 30 reps (15 per side) 1:05
Reverse Grip DB Rows – 30 reps 1:41
Walking DB Lunges – 30 reps (15 per side) 2:09
Push Ups – 30 reps 2:34
Heavy KB-DB-BB Deadlifts – 30 reps 3:01
Abs V-Ups – 30 reps – 3:31
Alternating DB Thrusters 30 reps – 3:57
Single Arm Swings – 30 reps (15 per side) – 4:30
