Topped with frozen strawberries & homemade peanut butter.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Oat Balls:
-210g soaked/ chopped dates
-105g rolled or quick oats
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-1 tbsp homemade peanut butter
-20g non-dairy chocolate, roughly chopped
Oatmeal & Nice Cream:
-170g quick oats
-300g frozen banana
-10g cocoa powder
Topped with frozen strawberries and 15g cashew nuts.
