Day 1
Eat only fruits on the first day on “GM Diet”.
Eat pineapple, orange, lemon, sweet lime, strawberries, watermelon, and apples.
Fruits have antioxidants which help you flush the toxins as well as water weight.

Day 2
The second day is your vegetable day.
You can boil, steam, make soup or have them raw. Use spices to make vegetables taste good.
Fiber in vegetables will help in your bowel movement as well as helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose.

Day 3 for “GM Diet”
The third day is your fruits + veggie day
Avoid eating bananas and potatoes. Be creative.
Fiber plus antioxidants will cleanse the body of toxins.

Day 4
The fourth day is high potassium and high carbs day.
Try to eat eight bananas and four glasses of unsweetened milk on this day (Smoothie Day). You can consume vegetable soup on this day.
Potassium helps in lowering blood pressure, heart and kidney disorders and stress.

Day 5
The fifth day is Protein day.
Try to Consume Chicken for both breakfast and dinner. Add 6 Tomatoes to your diet with at least 3-4 glasses of water to flush uric acid; your body will be producing.

Day 6
The sixth day is the combination of Day 2 and Day 5 food.
On the sixth day you can eat unlimited amounts of chicken (protein) and vegetables.

Day 7
On the seventh day, you can eat vegetables and fruits with one bowl of brown rice.
No meat on the 7th day.
You can try fruit juices but not bottled one with added sugar.

On the eighth day, you will be in better shape and at least seven kgs lighter and may even lose up to about ten kgs.

Remember
Drink lots of water during these seven days.
The increase in water intake will help your body to digest all fiber as well as dissolve the nutrients.
Walk or cycle for at least half hour daily to speed up weight loss.
