This is an unpolished preivew of original dance fitness/Zumba choreography by Stephanie Broding Sherwood to “Tension” by Fergie. This is a step-touch warm-up. We picked the song and put together the choreo after class tonight – I record these for my classes so they can see the new dances before we start doing them in class.
