Outdoor Bench Moves | Back It Up: Sit against back of bench with thighs parallel to ground; raise arms like a goalpost. Hold position as you lift left foot a few inches off ground (as shown). Lower to start, and repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Do 12 reps.
