    This delicious strawberry smoothie will satisfy your craving for something sweet while also giving you the protein kick you’ll need to recover after a tough workout.

    Ingredients 
    1 cup strawberries
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    2 tsp chia seeds

    How to make it 

    Blend the fruit along with almond milk and whey protein until smooth. Pour in a glass, and stir in chia seeds or sprinkle on top.
