cookies!

– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
– 1 tsp vanilla

Add the dry ingredients:

– 1/4 cup coconut flour
– 1 cup fine almond flour
– 1/2 coconut sugar
-1/2 tsp baking soda
– as many chocolate chips as you want! 🙂

I strongly suggest mixing all of this together in a small blender or with a hand mixer for the best result. Then add chocolate chips and before baking sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt on top of each drop of dough (this is going to make the cookie taste INCREDIBLE! do not skip this step!)

Bake for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Ta-da! The best healthified chocolate chip cookie you’ll ever eat. Enjoy!
