Hi all,
Thank you all for watching. I love listening to your requests. This was a highly requested video so I hope you all enjoyed and learned some new workouts for your abs, glutes, legs and hips.

Aside from doing these workouts I make sure I take a pre-workout beforehand, drink lots of fluids during my workout and after.

The most important part about this entire workout routine is making sure you’re eating an appropriate diet after. It may seem counterintuitive but eating within 45 minutes – 2 hours (after 2 hours the workout and meal is pretty useless) of exercising is the best time of the day to eat. Your body burned off a lot of calories so it’s important to repair/build your muscles with protein, fat and carbs. An adequate amount of these three after a workout gives your body the amino acid it needs and also gives you the building blocks required to build new muscle tissue (hence, larger legs, glutes, hips, thighs and toned stomach). I am not a “food guru” but I’ve listed a couple of things I eat/drink after working out below that have worked really well for me. I’m a pretty picky eater so I try to incorporate some of these things into smoothies and pressed juices.

Carbs
Fruits
Whole Milk/Chocolate Milk
Rice/Rice Cakes
Pasta
Potatoes
Dark, leafy, green vegetables

Protein
Salmon
Eggs
Chicken
Protein Bars
Animal or Plant-based protein

Fats
Trail Mix
Nuts/Peanuts
Avocado (I don’t like avocados though..)

Hope this helps your gains and gave you some new workouts to try. I’m still working on my own form but overall these are normally the workouts I do on a daily basis. I try to get in the gym at least 2-4 times a week but sometimes with traveling it makes it difficult. Thanks again for watching!
