Green Vitality Smoothie:
Coconut water or pure water
1-2 frozen bananas, peeled
1 cup frozen mango
2 handfuls spinach leaves
Handful fresh parsley, flat leaf
Handful fresh mint
1 apple
1 medjool date, pitted
1 thumb size piece of ginger root
1 slice lemon, with peel
1/2 cup ice cubes

Garlic Ginger Tofu with Apple salad and dressing:
Firm tofu
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Cracked pepper
Parsley flakes
Coriander
Himilayan salt
Lemon juice
Tamari

Lettuce
Cucumber
Parsley
Snow peas
Apple

Almond butter
Tahini
Tamari
Chilli flakes
Lemon juice
Water

Thai Ginger Soup:
Recipe adapted from Vitamix:
2 cups pure water
1 medium carrot
1 stalk celery
1 slice red capsicum
2 spring onions
1/4 lemon
1 garlic clove
Thumb size knob of fresh ginger root
1 slice fresh green chilli
1 cup raw cashews
Handful fresh parsley
1 tsp veggie stock powder or 1 cube
1/4 cabbage

40 SEC ON 20 SEC REST
Lunge overhead raise
Side lunge tap – each side
Squat hold ball throw
Glute bridge chest press
Lateral step up – each side
Bench hop overs
Straight leg deadlift to upright row
Pull ups
Chin ups

FAQ
Q: How often do you exercise?
A: I workout 6 days a week for 40-60 mins, it depends on my schedule & what I’m doing.

Q: Do you snack?
A: Rarely, I’m always full from my main meals. If I do snack it’s probably fruit or a wrap or carrots with hummus or a smaller smoothie 🙂

Q: Do you track your calories/macros?
A: No, I don’t track this. I only ever do for nutritional purposes in my videos. Other than this I know i’m getting more than enough calories and nutrients every day as I eat roughly the same amount!

Q: Is all that fruit healthy?
A: YES! Fruit is healthy and is full of fibre, water & NUTRIENTS! So don’t be afraid of some fruit. Carbohydrates are what our bodies thrive and run off so eat what makes you feel good and thrive being vegan. For me it’s generally fruit meals during the day!

Q: How old are you and what do you do for a living?
A: I’m 20 years old and I’m a lifestyle entrepreneur
