am back with my second video! Today I’m showing you what I eat in a day as well as a little shoulder work out!

☆Superset 1:
Alternating Shoulder Press 3×20
Shoulder Press 3×8
☆Superset 2:
Rear Delt Cable Raise 4×12
Around The World 4×12
☆Superset 3:
Front Barbell Raise 3×10
Front Lateral Raise 3×15

Recipes!

Tuna Cocktail Pasta
☆in a sauce pan add stock cube and boiling water with and the pasta ☆cut up the veggies and put in the microwave for 10 mins with coconut oil
☆drain the tuna
☆when all is done add together
☆add garlic, lots of paprika and salt and pepper
☆also add a big squeeze of salad cream

Torilla Crisps
☆pre heat the oven to 200°
☆take 2 torilla wraps and cut them into triangles ☆season with salt and pepper and cover in coconut oil
☆stick in the oven for 12 mins
☆when done take out and season with paprika, I also add a little soy sauce to mix it up a bit!

BBQ Chicken
☆preheat the oven to 200°
☆In a large sauce pan add stock cube and boiling water with the rice
☆cut up the veggies and put in the microwave for 10 mins with coconut oil
☆In a bowl add bbq sauce, honey, paprika, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper
☆in tinfoil add the chicken and pour the sauce on
☆fold into a parcel and put in the oven for 15 mins
☆when all is done season with a little more salt and pepper and pour the juice over the rice
