Check out this chest workout that focuses on targeting the
clavicular head. This is the exact workout that I did for 8 weeks to prepare for my last men’s physique show. Keep in mind that I work my chest twice a week and this is one of those workouts. TIPS AND THINGS TO FOCUS ON:
SHORT REST PERIODS, FULL RANGE OF MOTION, WEIGHT YOU CAN CONTROL.

INCLINE BENCH PRESS- 4 SETS X 12 REPS (70-75% OF MAX)
45 SECONDS REST BETWEEN SETS
INCLINE BENCH PRESS- 1 DROP SET X REPS 10/5/5

INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS- 3 SETS X 10 REPS HEAVY
3 SETS X 10 REPS LIGHT
DROP SET WITH NO REST BETWEEN DROPS
BENCH ANGLE LOW SETTING- 30 DEGREES OR LESS
45 SECONDS REST BETWEEN

SUPER SET- LANDMINE PRESS-4 SETS X 10 REPS
CABLE FLY- 4 SETS X 10 REPS
