To do this fat burn workout you’ll start out with 20 manmakers. Then you’ll do the HIIT portion of this cardio workout. For each of the calorie burning exercises in the HIIT portion you’ll do 1 min 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Yes, this is a very difficult fat burning workout at home. After you’ve completed the HIIT portion, you’ll do another 20 manmakers to finish out this ultimate calorie burner.
