HI GUYS! This video is just a full day of eating/day in the life with a full-body workout 🙂 I never really do full body workouts but I figured I’d do one and share it with you guys since I didn’t have a specific muscle group to hit today. Thank you for watching, love you guys xoxo

Full Body Workout:
– Reverse lunge to shoulder press: 3 x 10 each leg
– Stiff leg deadlift to upright row: 3 x 15
– Squat to medicine ball toss: 3 x 12
– Reverse lunge to KB pull-overs (no idea what to call these but they suck) : 3 x 8 each side
– Cable single leg RDL to bicep curl: 3 x 10 each leg
– Wall sit front raises: 3 x 12
– Medicine ball pushups: 3 x 12
