Arm Workout:
– Super set: seated hammer curls (3 x 12) with alternating curls (3 x 12 each arm)
– Cross body hammer curls: 3 x 12 each arm
– Slow negative EZ-bar curls: 4 x 10
– Overhead tricep extensions: 3 x 12
– Bent over tricep kickbacks: 3 x 12 each arm
– Cable tricep tri-set: underhand grip pushdowns (3 x 10 each arm), overhand grip pushdowns (3 x 10 each arm), cross body pushdowns (3 x 10 each arm)
– Close grip pushups: 3 x 10 or until failure
