Shoulder Workout:
– DB shoulder press: 4 x 10-12
– Seated DB front raise variation: 3 x 12
– Seated arnold presses: 4 x 10 each arm followed by 5 regular presses
– KB upright row: 3 x 10 each arm
– Banded tri-set: external rotations (3 x 15) front raises (3 x 12) lateral holds (3 x 15 seconds)
– Cable lateral raises: 3 x 10 (1 1/2 reps)
