Frank Castle is one bad mofo, If you’ve done any crime to harm an innocent the Punisher will come for you. Today’s Tough like the Toonz will help you build a nice strong athletic vigilante body like our man Frank while he has he new show on Netflix November 17th.
FULL WORKOUT
Strength Days (2-3 days of the week)
Warmup 5-10 minutes
Bag Squats 4 sets of 25 reps
Dumbbell Swings 3 sets of 30 reps
Squat to Push Press 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Pull-ups 4 sets until failure
Controlled Pushups 4 sets until failure
Quick Feet Drops 4 sets of 45 seconds/15 second rest
Side Plank 3 sets 45 seconds each side

CARDIO DAYS (2-3 days of the week)
Boxing/Heavy Bag work for 30 minutes
Running 3-5 miles for cardio endurance
