DB Preacher Curl: 4-5×10 Reps
Alternating DB Curl: 4×10-12 Reps
High Cable Curl: 4×12 Reps
Across The Body Hammers(Perna’s) : 4×8-10 Reps
Tricep Pushdowns: 4×8-10 Reps + Partials
Dips: 4x max
Smith Skull-Press: 4×10-12 Reps
Rope Extensions: 4×12-15 Reps.
