Smith Machine Booty Workout | Full Day of Eating While Bulking
All you need is a smith machine for this leg and booty workout! I added this entire workout under “FREE WORKOUTS” on my CCFIT App which is free to download in the App Store and Google Play so go check it out!
My diet is pretty similar when cutting and bulking, I just eat more. I’m also a little more lenient when it comes to sweets while bulking.

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
I made two packages of chicken so I doubled each of these. After mixing them all together, I poured them into a large bowl with all the chicken and made sure each piece was covered in seasoning. I then let them sit overnight in the refrigerator and baked them at 350 for 30 minutes in the oven!
