Ladies you may want to stick to a 1200-to-1500 calorie diet and don’t automatically go for the 1200 only calorie diet. Try to eat a range of 1200-to-1500 calories daily so you won’t drive yourself crazy always trying to eat an exact amount of calories and the same goes for you guys but…

Guys you want to eat 1500-to-2000 calories each day to lose weight and I’m not going to spend too much time talking about diet here (watch later videos for that but back to the workout above…)

Try to do the workout at least 3 days per week (or even only 2 days per week) when you first start out and as you get more in shape or more fit you can go ahead and do it 3-4 days per week doing 1-2 times each day.

If this workout is too hard for you then only do the workout 5-to-10 minutes at a time but try to do those short 5-to-10 minute workouts 3-to-6 times per day to increase your metabolism to lose weight faster even thou you are only working out 5+ minutes at time plus…

If it’s too hard for you then do the workout sitting down. Leave no excuses for you NOT to do this work out!

Once it gets too easy for you… You can move up to 4-5 days per week or you can do it 20-to-40 minutes at a time or you can do the whole full 20 minute workout up to 3 times per day.

How fast can you lose 5, 10, 15, or 20 pounds (or more) doing this simple workout to lose weight fast in your bathroom?

It all depends on 2 things.

1. How overweight you are so basically the fatter you are = the faster you will lose weight so for example… if you weigh 200 pounds and are 5 foot 1 then you will lose weight fast doing this but…

If you are 5 foot 7 weighing 130 pounds and want to be 115 then expect it to take 4-to-8 weeks to get there no matter what sensible weight loss plan you do. (Unless you do a fad diet to lose 15 pounds in a week where you’ll gain all the weight back)

2. Your diet or how much you eat. If you eat a small amount of food then common sense is that you will lose weight fast but like I said you should try to eat at least 1200 calories a day and going below that is only going to cause you to gain back all the weight you lost
