Time for the SHREDDED Lower Chest Workout! Nobody like’s a flabby chest and this workout will help you sculpt your chest and lose the man-boobs!

Lower Chest Workout Exercise 1/3:
Pre fatigue compound overload! Perform 30-40 incline pushups and fatigue your chest. Then go right into heavy db bench press and see how you manage heavy weight. Pick a weight you can do normally 12 times, and plan to do it 4-8 rep range.

Lower Chest Exercise 2/3: Lower Chest Fly Sculpter

This exercise will sculpt and chisel the lower chest and is one of my favorite ways to carve out the lower portion of my chest.
This will give you that lower chest “cup” that so many guys are looking for. This is what makes you have an aesthetic chest.

Go high reps on this in the 12-20 rep range on each side. Perform 4-5 sets and rest no more than 75 seconds between sets!

Lower Chest Exercise 3/3: Pec Fly chest activator
This is an advanced variation of the pec fly and will help you sculpt your chest by adding more time under tension directly on the chest!
