Pyramid flies using a light medium and heavy weight work you way up and then all the way down. 10 reps on each weight x4
Shoulder Press 10-12 reps x4
Upright Row 10-12 reps x4
Rear Delt Cable Rows 20 reps x4
Shrugs Reps until fail EVERYTIME !
FINISHER
Clean and Press 12 reps x4
