This video includes a quick shoulder workout and a recipe for one of my favorite vegetarian dinners – Black bean burgers!

Burger Ingredients:
1 Can Black Beans
1/2 Cup Corn
8 Saltine Crackers (crushed)
1 Heaping Teaspoon Chili Powder
A Dash of Red Cayenne
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 – 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Heaping Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Splash of Water
